How long are the delivery times?
Due to high demand, delivery times are currently 5-10 working days, depending on the piece.
We would also like to pay particular attention to our ecological footprint, both in production and shipping. Because of this, our global producers do not ship every day, but wait until they can send out some orders together.

We still try to keep the delivery time for you as short as possible! This diversity of our partner companies also enables us to create a unique offer for you, which we definitely don't want to miss out on.

After you send it, we will send you a tracking code that you can use to track your order.

How much are the shipping costs?
We ship all products with low shipping costs in comparison to what we pay for logistics in the EU. Unfortunately, given the size of our company, logistics are a little more expensive, which is why we cannot ship completely free of charge.

How can I pay?
We accept the following payment providers: credit card payment, PayPal, iDEAL Sofortüberweisung, Google Pay & Klarna.

How do I receive the invoice for my order?
The invoice will be sent to you immediately after receipt of payment. It will be sent to the email address you provided.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter subscription?
Each newsletter has a box at the bottom that you can click to unsubscribe. You can also write us a message to service@tenstad.shop and you will not receive any further newsletters.

The product does not meet my expectations. What can I do?
In this case, we ask you to contact our customer support using the returns form and tell us why you are not satisfied with the product. It is very important for us to make our customers happy and we are sure that we will find a solution to any problem.

You are entitled to a money back on all products.
